Information about the registration (due 31<sup>st<\/sup> March 2016), venue, logistics and tentative programme can be found here:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ecars.inoe.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Announcement-workshop-1.pdf\" rel=\"\">Announcement workshop 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ECARS 1<sup>st<\/sup> workshop addresses scientists working in lidar operation and lidar exploitation.
